Cancellation Policy

START Wellness REQUIRES 24 hour notice to any changes or cancelling of your appointment. Please be advise that as patient, you are responsible for the time you have reserved.  The fee will be applied to your account and must be paid before or on your next appointment.

Missed appointment will be charge the FULL price of the treatment session booked

Late Policy

Please be advised, if you are late for your appointment, the appointment will still end at its designated time. Your therapist may decide to extend your treatment time based on their next scheduled appointment.
